You can make a payment to any of our accounts at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, Türkiye İş Bankası, and Yapı Kredi Bank (in TL). - Credit Card Payments through Our Website
You can use any credit card for a one-time online payment, or take advantage of the installment options available through Akbank. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days. - Refund of Order Amount
In the event of cancellation of your order for any reason, Corwen Store will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our finance department. - Delivery
We strive to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the delivery time is 3 business days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delivery delay.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specify at the end of your order. Products will be sent from our Ankara-based company using our contracted courier service. Your orders will be delivered to the courier company within 2 (two) business days at the latest after your orders are confirmed.
You can consult with our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Additionally, courier deliveries are only valid for Turkey. - Payment Tracking
If there is any issue with the system that prevents the transaction, the visitor will be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.
If there is any error in the specified address, contact will be established with the person who placed the order regarding the undelivered order.
The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent following the order transfer.
We have responsibilities to both the customer and the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the completion of the delivery.
Please Note!
If you believe that the package is damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the company representative upon delivery. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and ensure that a report is prepared by the courier company.
Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its duty.

If you complete these processes, we will begin working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
If you briefly explain the reason for returning the product in this email, it will assist us in addressing the issue related to the product.
